The Legal & General UK Property Income Fund provides the opportunity to invest in an income focused, diversified portfolio of commercial property, operated through a rigorous risk management framework.


The innovative closed ended fund structure offers both Geared or Ungeared exposure, and has been designed to allow investors to choose their preferred level of gearing, between 0% and 50% Loan to Value (LTV).
 


 

Investment Strategy


The Fund aims to provide investors with strong income returns from a portfolio that will be positioned to capitalise on the economic recovery in the UK based on a core/core-plus risk strategy.
 

The UK Property Income Fund is currently open to new institutional investment with a target Gross Asset Value of £1bn.
